1. Project Scope & Contracts
All construction, turnkey interior, and infrastructure projects undertaken by Urban Bricks are governed by detailed, mutually executed written agreements containing finalized architectural working drawings, milestone payment schedules, and itemized material specifications.
2. Pricing & Cost Estimation
Indicative rates published on our website (such as per sq.ft construction packages, starting interior scopes, and per sq.yard infrastructure packages) are benchmark guidelines. Final contract pricing is determined based on soil test results, architectural floor plans, structural engineering requirements, site topography, and client customization. All rates exclude statutory GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Disclaimer
Calculators and estimators on this website provide approximate preliminary budgetary projections for initial client planning. Actual execution costs are finalized after comprehensive site evaluation, soil bearing capacity reports, and engineering sign-off.
4. Statutory Approvals & Liaisoning
Statutory sanction fees, municipal building permits (GHMC, HMDA, DTCP), open space charges, water board connection charges, and electricity board (TSSPDCL) demand drafts/transformer charges are payable directly by property owners unless contracted as an integrated liaisoning scope.
